Substitute Activation/Deactivation in RICT MCD Device


           After allocation of Device to BO, we need to activate BPM / Substitute in MCD Device so that he can work on that device

To Activate /deactivate Substitute in MCD Device, we need to perform following task

·         Login with Rict Admin
·         Then go to Substitute Management – Substitute Activation/Deactivation


·         Now select sub division name & BO name then click on Search button
You will find list of all substitute , select the substitute that you want to activate / deactivate

Now click on submit  button
·        Now click on pull button on mcd device to receive the notification for the same
·        After receiving notification, job for activation or deactivation will be completed automatically in few minutes
